Peak Operations Group LLC ("Peak", "we", "us") provides offshore manufacturing services to contract manufacturers and product development firms. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through peakoperationsgroup.io (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information you give us through the Site or in the course of doing business with us:

Contact information you submit through forms: name, work email, company, phone (if provided), message content, and any drawings or files you attach.
Project information: details about the parts, volumes, timelines, and certifications you describe.
Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you visit the Site.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, manage purchase orders, coordinate with our manufacturing partners, fulfill orders, send invoices, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing to unrelated parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with parties who need it to do their job for us:

Manufacturing partners in our network, when needed to quote or produce a part you have asked us about. As standard practice, customer-identifying information is redacted from drawings and shipping documentation before any artifact is shared with a manufacturing partner. Sensitive design data is shared only after a mutual NDA is executed between you and Peak.
Service providers who help us operate the business: hosting, email, accounting, payment processing, shipping carriers, customs brokers, third-party inspectors. They are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Government authorities, when required by law (subpoena, court order, customs filings, tax filings).

We do not transfer your information to third parties for their own marketing.

4. International transfers

Because our manufacturing partners are based outside the United States (primarily China and India), redacted technical information you provide for a quote or PO will be shared with the relevant partner in that country. We require partners to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

5. Retention

We retain quote and order records for the longer of seven (7) years or the period required by applicable tax, customs, or industry regulation. Form submissions that do not result in business are typically deleted within twelve (12) months.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted email transmission and access controls on shared documents. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to:

Confirm what information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete information that is no longer needed for a legal or business purpose.
Opt out of any future marketing emails (we send very few).

8. Cookies

The Site uses minimal functional cookies necessary for the site to work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. If we add analytics in the future, this Policy will be updated.

We may update this Policy as the business changes. We will post any updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an active engagement with us.
