Peak Operations Group is built and run by Aidan O'Sullivan, a 20-year manufacturing operator and former President of Americas at an advanced US manufacturer. We deliver precision injection molding and CNC machining from a vetted China and India partner network — managed the way our customers wish their own offshore programs had been managed.
Eight years running offshore programs personally, on the customer side.
ISO 9001 minimum across all partners. AS9100D and IATF 16949 available where the application requires.
Contract stack, quality framework, and pre-shipment inspection structured for serious programs.
How to engage
Most relationships start with a one-off cost-down on a part you're already sourcing. The buyer who recognizes the operating cost difference becomes a long-term program a few months later.
If you're already sourcing a part offshore, send us the drawing and your current pricing. We'll re-quote it through our partner network in 24 hours. No NDA required for the first quote, no commitment after. If we beat your current price by enough to justify a swap, we'll show you exactly how the savings come together. If we don't, you've lost nothing.
For offshore programs of 25,000+ units annually or multi-part platforms, we work as a dedicated sourcing layer behind your customer relationship. Quarterly business reviews, capacity reservation, volume-tiered pricing, optional inventory and bridge-production add-ons. Designed for the customers we'd want to work with for five years, not five POs.
Founder
Peak Operations Group was started by Aidan O'Sullivan in 2026 after twenty years on the customer side of offshore manufacturing programs.
I've spent the last two decades running manufacturing operations on the customer side. Most recently as President of Americas at a private-equity-backed advanced manufacturer, with full P&L accountability for $40M+ in regional revenue. Before that, eight years at a venture-backed manufacturing technology firm that listed on the NYSE — joined as Director of Manufacturing, scaled into VP of Operations, and ended as General Manager of the Enterprise and e-commerce Manufacturing Solutions division. Before that, nearly a decade running plant operations at a global food and beverage manufacturer.
At every one of those roles, my team needed offshore manufacturing capacity to deliver. We bought it from large brokers, from boutique consultancies, from direct factory relationships in China and India that took years to build. I started Peak in 2026 to be on the other side of the table — the same vetted partner network the larger players use, at a margin structure built for the long term, not the markup.
Capabilities
Six manufacturing processes through a partner network of ten-year working relationships. Materials, tolerances, MOQs, lead times, certifications, and partner geographies are documented at the same level of specificity our customers' engineering teams expect.
