Plastic and metal precision machining. 3, 4, and 5-axis machines across the partner network. Suited for prototype-to-production volumes from 1 unit to 10,000+ units per part.

Rapid tooling for prototype-to-bridge production through full production tooling for high-volume programs. The partner network handles tooling design, tool build, sampling, and full production.

Laser cutting, bending, forming, and welding for enclosures, brackets, panels, frames, and structural components. From prototype to mid-volume production.

Direct Metal Laser Melting (DMLM) in flight-grade alloys. Suited for aerospace, medical, and complex geometry applications where conventional subtractive manufacturing is inefficient.

Polyurethane casting for low-volume production runs that need tooling-free turnaround. Suited for aesthetic prototypes, bridge production, and small-batch end-use parts.

Aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloy die casting for industrial, automotive sub-assembly, lighting, and consumer hardware applications. Production runs from low-volume to high-volume.
