Peak Operations Group was started by Aidan O'Sullivan in 2026 after twenty years on the customer side of offshore manufacturing programs.
I've spent the last two decades running manufacturing operations on the customer side. Most recently as President of Americas at a private-equity-backed advanced manufacturer, with full P&L accountability for $40M+ in regional revenue and global responsibility as Chief Transformation Officer. Before that, eight years at a venture-backed manufacturing technology firm that listed on the NYSE — joined as Director of Manufacturing, scaled into VP of Operations, and ended as General Manager of the Enterprise and e-commerce Manufacturing Solutions division. Before all of that, nearly a decade as a plant manager at a global food and beverage manufacturer, running multi-line operations through acquisition integration and lean transformation.
At every one of those roles, my team needed offshore manufacturing capacity to deliver. We bought it from large brokers, from boutique consultancies, from direct factory relationships in China and India that took years to build. Eight years of running offshore programs personally — across CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, additive — and dealing with the typical failure modes: the broker who marked up 50% and added no engineering value, the direct supplier whose quality drifted on the third PO, the consultancy whose margin assumptions made no sense to anyone but their own analysts.
I started Peak Operations Group in 2026 to be a different counterparty. We use the same vetted partner network the larger brokers and consultancies use — ten-year relationships, ISO 9001 minimum across the network, AS9100D and IATF 16949 available where the application requires. We charge materially less, because the operating cost base was built lean from inception, not inherited from a 1995 cost structure that needed to be defended to a board. And we work as a sourcing layer behind your customer relationship, not in front of it — your customer doesn't need to know who we are, and your supplier doesn't need to know who your customer is.
